What If You Are Unable to Download the Admit Card?
If a candidate is unable to download their admit card, they must represent before JKSSB at least two days before the examination (i.e., by 06 March 2026) with valid proof of online application and fee payment.

- Report to the examination centre at least two (02) hours before the scheduled time for Biometric/Facial Authentication.
- Carry a clear printed copy of the e-Admit Card — digital/screen copies will not be accepted.
- Carry a valid photo identity proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, etc.).
- After the examination, submit the Admit Card back to the Invigilation staff, duly signed by the candidate and concerned Invigilator.
- Report any photograph mismatch to JKSSB Central Office or email ssbjk-grievance@jk.gov.in before exam day — such complaints will NOT be entertained on the day of examination.
