The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released Notification No. 041-BOPEE of 2026 dated 10 March 2026, inviting online applications from eligible domiciles of UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh for admission to the 10th-based Para-Medical Diploma Courses – FMPHW (Female Multi Purpose Health Worker) and MMPHW (Male Multi Purpose Health Worker) for the academic session 2026. The application window is open from 10 March 2026 to 22 March 2026 and candidates can apply online at jkbopee.gov.in. The application fee is Rs. 500 and the entrance test will be conducted offline.

About FMPHW and MMPHW Courses

FMPHW stands for Female Multi Purpose Health Worker and MMPHW stands for Male Multi Purpose Health Worker. These are government-recognised para-medical diploma courses offered in Government and Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K and Ladakh. Admission is done through a Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by JKBOPEE. Candidates who qualify the entrance test are allotted seats through centralised counselling based on merit, category, and preference.

Documents Required to Upload with Application Form

Candidates must upload the following scanned original or self-attested documents in PDF format (size 100–200 KB) along with the online application form:

  • Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K or UT of Ladakh (or an undertaking if not yet available at the time of application)
  • Class 10th Marks Certificate (where result has been declared)
  • Date of Birth Certificate – Matriculation or Secondary School Certificate from a recognised Board
  • Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable)
  • Any other documents as requested by JKBOPEE
Important: Documents submitted with the application form are provisional and subject to change as may be notified by the Government. Final verification will be done by the institution at the time of admission. Applications with fake, false, or fabricated documents will be cancelled at any stage.

Sports Category Candidates: Candidates applying under the sports category must indicate this in the application form and submit their Sports Certificate(s) to the office of the Secretary, J&K Sports Council by 20 April 2026 (up to 2:00 PM). No sports points will be entertained after this deadline.
