The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released Notification No. 045-BOPEE of 2026 dated 25 March 2026 inviting online applications for the Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Paramedical and B.Sc. Technology Courses 2026 in Government and Private Colleges/Institutions of the UT of J&K. Applications are open from 26 March 2026 and the last date to apply is 07 April 2026 (Midnight) at jkbopee.gov.in. The application fee is Rs.1,000 payable online.
Application Window Open: 26 March 2026 to 07 April 2026 (Midnight). The entrance exam will be conducted offline at Jammu and Srinagar centres. Exam date will be notified separately.

Documents Required for Online Application
Candidates must upload the following scanned documents in PDF format (size 100-200 KB each):
- Domicile Certificate of UT J&K or UT Ladakh (For Ladakh candidates, ST certificate issued by Competent Authority of Ladakh serves as Domicile)
- 12th Class Marks Certificate (where result is declared)
- Date of Birth Certificate – Matriculation Certificate issued by Board of School Education only
- Valid Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Any other document as required
Important: Candidates appearing in qualifying exams are also eligible to apply but must submit the qualifying certificate at the time of admission if selected. Candidates with more than one reserved category certificate can claim benefit of only one category – this cannot be changed afterwards. Sports category candidates must submit their sports certificates to the J&K Sports Council separately.
