Educational Qualification
- Engineering Posts: Full-time Degree/Diploma in relevant discipline from Govt. recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- HRM: MBA/MSW/PG Degree in HRM/PM/IR.
- Rajbhasha: Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with Diploma in Translation.
- Company Secretary: Qualified Company Secretary.
- Architecture: Degree in Architecture with 60% marks.
- IT/Networking: Graduate + One-year certificate/diploma in relevant field.
All qualifications must be recognized by AICTE/UGC/State Technical Board.
Experience Requirement
Experience varies from NIL (for Junior Engineer posts) to 15 years (for General Manager). Candidates must carefully check post-wise detailed experience requirements before applying.
