Final Selection List for the 3478 Posts of Constables in J&K Police, Home Department advertised vide Notification No. 01 of 2024 dated 16.07.2024 under Item Nos. 1, 2, 5 & 6.
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board received an indent dated 27.06.2024 from the Home Department for filling up 4002 posts of Constables in J&K Police, which were advertised through Notification No. 01 of 2024 dated 16.07.2024. Out of these, the Final Selection List has now been released for 3478 posts.

- OMR-Based Written Examination conducted on 01.12.2024
- Result/Score Sheet declared on 15.01.2025
- Physical Standard/Endurance Tests conducted during August to October 2025
- Document Verification held in October & November 2025 at Jammu and Srinagar offices
- Supplementary Document Verification conducted on 12th and 17th November 2025
- Medical Examination conducted through Health & Medical Education Department
- Supplementary Medical Opportunity provided on 16.02.2026
The Final Selection List has been prepared strictly as per merit, eligibility, applicable rules and the indent received from the Indenting Department. The same was approved by the Board in its 339th Meeting held on 19.02.2026.
